Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free all over Pakistan for every city.

However, international shipping is not free and charges will apply based on the destination.

Where can I find the size chart? Can I order a custom size?

The size chart is mentioned with each product.

What are the payment options? Is COD available?

For Pakistani orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

If you choose advance payment, you will get a 10% discount.

For international orders, 100% advance payment is required.

How does stitching work and how long does it take?

All outfits are stitched on demand.

Stitching takes 1–5 working days.

Whether the stitching is for Pakistan or international orders, the stitching cost must be paid in advance.

Can I change or return my item?

Unstitched items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Stitched and custom-stitched outfits are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please confirm your size and measurements carefully before ordering.
